After contacting us within 3 days of delivery of your package purchaser is responsible for all international shipping costs and tracking must be sent and verified for the return of the item. All returned items must be in the same condition as when you received it. No items will be accepted for return if it is damaged or altered. We will provide you an address and instructions for your return. You must ship the package back to us, insured for the retail value, and pack the items safely and securely. Once the item is received by us, we will verify the condition of the item and issue a refund within 3 days of receipt.
